The Clerk of Court is directed to change the name of Defendants "David Alridge" to "David Aldridge and "Gilbert, Harrell, Summerford & Martin, P.C.," to "Gilbert, Harrell, Sumerford & Martin, P.C.," upon the docket and record of this case. Defendants Kinney, Stethan, and Stein are Dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to timely serve the Complaint. Additionally, the Court Dismisses without prejudice all claims against Defendants Aldridge, Ameris Bank, GHSM, McCorvey, and Smith for failure to prosecute.
