ORDER denying Plaintiffs 9 Motion to Amend/Correct; granting Defendants 11 Motion to Stay Discovery pending a ruling by the Court on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. Within twenty-one (21) days following the Court's ruling on Defendants ' Motion to Dismiss, should this case remain pending before the Court, the parties are directed to meet and confer pursuant to Rule 26(f). Additionally, the parties are to file a Rule 26(f) Report within fourteen (14) days of the Rule 26(f) conf erence at which time a Scheduling Order will be entered by the Court. The Court gives Ironman Wrecker Service fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order to retain counsel and to have counsel enter an appearance in this case. Signed by Magistrate Judge R.
