ORAL ORDER. For the reasons stated on the record during the July 25, 2023, hearing in Case Number 4:23-cv-76 and the instant case (as well as other related cases), the Court ORDERS that the instant case is CONSOLIDATED with and into Case Number 4:23-cv-76. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to TERMINATE any pending motions in the instant case and to FILE the Complaint in the instant case into Case Number 4:23-cv-76, nunc pro tunc to the date of its original filing. Should any party believe that any additional pleadings or filings from the instant case should be filed into the consolidated case (Case Number 4:23-cv-76), counsel for that party should so notify the Courtroom Deputy Clerk via email (copying counsel for all other parties) as soon as possible. The Clerk is further directed to add the Plaintiff(s) from the instant case (along with their counsel of record), as well as TMX Finance, LLC, to the listing of parties in Case Number 4:23-cv-76. TEXT ORDER Setting Hearing. A Status Conference is set for July 25, 2023, at 09:30 AM, and will be held in the Third Floor Courtroom of the Savannah Annex Courthouse, 124 Barnard Street, Savannah, GA. During the hearing, the Court will address Plaintiff's Motion to Consolidate and Defendant's Motion to Stay filed in Kolstedt v. TMX Finance Corporate Services, Inc., Case No. 4:23-cv-00076-RSB-CLR. This hearing is for counsel of record only, and individual party or party representatives will not be required to attend. One attorney for each party shall appear for the status conference. Parties are encouraged to limit additional counsel from appearing for this hearing due to time limitations and courtroom space availability. By no later than July 21, 2023, counsel for each party shall email the undersigned's Courtroom Deputy Clerk a list of any party or attorney requesting to attend the hearing and a copy of any hearing exhibits with an accompanying exhibit list in Word format. Any requests from counsel for permission to bring electronic devices into the courthouse for this hearing should also be emailed to the undersigned's Courtroom Deputy Clerk no later than July 21, 2023.
