ORDER: Plaintiffs Hailey Gist-Holden and Brianna White each paid a full $402 filing fee 17 18 . Because Gist-Holden was in custody when plaintiffs initiated this case and White was not, their fee obligations were interdependent (in other words, several outcomes were possible depending on how each of them responded to the Court's August 20, 2021 order #9 addressing Gist-Holden's application to pay the fee over time). As Gist-Holden has now paid the fee in full, White does not need to pay her own fee. Thus, the Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Fiscal Department, which is directed to refund $402 to White. The Court will screen Plaintiffs' amended complaint #10 in the normal course. In the meantime, nothing else from Plaintiffs is necessary. The Court will not consider any substantive allegations outside the four corners of the amended complaint. The Court grants plaintiff Johnnie Holden's request to dismiss his claims voluntarily #14 . The Clerk is directed to update the docket to reflect that he is no longer an active party. The Court also strikes Plaintiffs' requests for discovery #11 #12 #13 as premature and procedurally improper. ORDER: The Court denies plaintiff Hailey Gist-Holden's application #3 for leave to proceed in forma pauperis without prejudice. Gist-Holden, who is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act, must file a renewed application or prepay the full $402 statutory filing fee. Plaintiffs Brianna White and Johnnie Holden, who are not subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act, must also address their fee status. If each plaintiff does not comply by September 24, 2021, the Court will summarily dismiss his or her claims. Gist-Holden must promptly update his address if he is released or transferred to another facility. If he does not comply, his claims will be subject to dismissal with no further warning. The Clerk is directed to: (1) change the nature of suit code for this case to 550 because Gist-Holden is in custody; and (2) email a copy of this order and in forma pauperis applications for both incarcerated and non-incarcerated persons to each plaintiff at whitebriana237@gmail.com. All three plaintiffs specifically asked to receive notices from the Court using this email address and waived their right to receive paper copies of documents #4 #5 #6 .
