By August 8, 2022, Plaintiff must either: (1) submit a properly supported application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis; or (2) pay the full statutory filing fee of $402.00. If he does not comply, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. The trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement is directed to update Plaintiff's records to include Case Nos. 20 C 1200, 20 C 3506, and 20 C 6196, and to commence aggregated monthly deductions of 60% of his qualifying income, as specified in this order, until the fees are paid in full. Plaintiff must promptly update his address if it changes while this case is open. If he fails to do so, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning. The Clerk is directed to: (1) send Plaintiff a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis and a copy of this order; and (2) send a copy of this order to the Cook County Jail's trust fund officer.
