ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for an Extension of Time #5 is granted. The Court grants Plaintiff an enlargement of time until May 3, 2023, either to (1) submit a renewed, properly completed Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, or (2) pay the full statutory filing fee of $402.00. The IFP application must be on the Court's form, must be certified by an appropriate official, and must be accompanied by a copy of Plaintiff's trust fund statement showing all transactions in his account for the six-month period immediately preceding his initiation of this action (that is from August 22, 2022, through February 22, 2022).
