May 5, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER re #1 Complaint filed by Tony Rogers. In the request for relief section of his Complaint Plaintiff seeks a preliminary and permanent injunction ordering defendants to cease their unlawful medical practices and retaliatory acts towards him (Doc. 1, p. 9). Plaintiff did not file a separate motion under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(a) and did not set forth the reasons he is entitled to preliminary injunctive relief. Further, there is no indication in the Complaint that Plaintiff is currently being denied access to his medication. His allegations regarding his access to blood thinners took place in 2021 (Id. at p. 10). Accordingly, Plaintiff's request for preliminary injunction is DENIED as moot. Signed by Chief Judge Nancy J.
