Filing 7 OPINION AND ORDER re 1 PRO SE COMPLAINT filed by Plaintiff Christopher Granger. Plaintiff GRANTED leave to proceed against Defendant Fort Wayne Police Officers Jeremy Webb, Chris Hoffman, Justin Holmes, Lisa Woods, Peter Mooney, Michael Voorhies, M ichael R McQueen and Timothy Stein in their individual capacities for monetary damages on his Fourth Amendment excessive use of force claim. Plaintiff's Fourteenth Amendment claim of deliberate indifference to a serious medical need against Fort Wayne Police Officer Justin Holmes in his individual capacity is DISMISSED. All other of Plaintiff's claims are DISMISSED. Clerk DIRECTED to transmit Summonses and USM-285 forms for Defendants along with a copy of this Order and a copy of the C omplaint to US Marshal's Service. US Marshal's Service DIRECTED to effect service of process on Defendants. Defendants ORDERED to respond to Plaintiff's claims as provided for in the FRCP and LR 10.1.
