The Court DISMISSES the following: (1) All claims that the Defendants violated the Plaintiffs federally protected rights; (2) Plaintiffs damage claims with prejudice; and (3) Plaintiff's injunctive relief claims without prejudice to his right to refile them if he returns to the Indiana Department of Correction and then finds himself under the disabilities he describes in his Complaint as a result of being labele d as a sex offender by the IDOC.
