OPINION AND ORDER: Pursuant to the Court's Order 49 granting Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration, the Court enters PARTIAL JUDGMENT in favor of the Plaintiff, The United States of America, and against Defendants Cynthia J. Gerard and R obert E. Gerard. The Court finds: 1) The Gerards are liable to the United States for unpaid employment and unemployment taxes in the amount of $61,262.77 in United States currency as of September 20, 2017, plus any statutory additions, including interest, that continue to accrue as provided by law from and after that date; 2) The assessment liens associated with Cynthia J. Gerard as outlined in the Opinion and Order; 3) Robert E. Gerard is not a purchaser of the Property within the meanin g of 26 U.S.C. § 6323(a); and4) As of September 20, 2017, $58,132.47 in United States currency, plus any statutory additions, including interest, that continues to accrue as provided by law from and after that date remains attached to an undivided one-half interest in the Property located at 9814 Woodstream Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46802.
