OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING 26 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Allstate Insurance Company; The Court ORDERS the entry of DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Andrew Serafini; ORDERS the clerk to enter a declaratory judgment that Andrew Ser afini was not an insured person under Sean and Angela Serafinis automobile insurance policy issued by Allstate at the time of the October 14, 2014 accident, there is no liability insurance coverage under that policy for any damages any of the defenda nts may seek to recover from Andrew Serafini as a result of that accident, and Allstate has no duty to defend Andrew Serafini should a civil action(s) be instituted as a result of that accident.
