Ind. L.R. 10-1(b), on ly to the claim for which the Pla has been granted leave to proceed in this screening order; and ORDERS the Huntington County Sheriff to serve on Pla and file under seal a report, by 9/28/2015, describing Carter's medical condition and what treatment he has been provided since he arrived at the jail this year, along with copies of his pertinent medical records.
