The judgment referenced in Paragraph 1, above, is for federal income taxes that were assessed against the Defendant Norman E Kain in regard to the tax periods ending on December 31, 2000, December 31, 2001,December 31, 2002, December 31, 2003, December 31, 2004, December 31, 2005, December 31, 2006, and December 31, 2008, and for civil penalties that were assessed against the Defendant Norman E Kain under 26 U.S. C. § 6702(a) in regard to the tax periods ending December 31, 1994, December 31, 1995, December 31, 1996, December 31, 1997, December 31, 1998, December 31, 1999, December 31, 2000, December 31, 2001, December 31,2002, December 31, 2003, Decembe r 31, 2004, December 31, 2005, December 31, 2006, and December 31, 2008.The judgment referenced in Paragraph 1, above, may be enforced via separate order of sale and distribution of proceeds to the Plaintiff UnitedStates and the Defendants Wells Coun ty, Indiana and the State of Indiana,Department of Revenue, in accordance with their lawful priorities againstthe real property owned by Norman E Kain, commonly known as 632South Main Street, Bluffton, Indiana 46714, the property identified in thecom plaint upon which the United States seeks to enforce its federal taxliens.
