Filing 30 OPINION AND ORDER: GRANTING 5 MOTION to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction by Defendants Civil Rights Commission, Department of Veterans Affairs, United States Air Force; DENYING AS MOOT 16 MOTION for a Judgment as a Matter of Law as Prescribed in Federal Rules of Civil Procedures Rule 50(2) by Plaintiff Jena K. Paige. Plaintiff Jena K. Paige is hereby ENJOINED AND BARRED FROM FILING any case in this District against any of the three named Defendants in which she attempts to re-litigate the matters presented in this lawsuit. If Plaintiff persists in filing frivolous cases in this Court she will be subject to more serious sanctions, including monetary sanctions and harsher filing restrictions.
