ORDER: The Court GRANTS IN PART and GRANTS WITH RELIEF DIFFERENT THAN REQUSTED IN PART the Plaintiffs Motion for Default Judgment 29 consistent with the Report and Recommendation 40 ; ENJOINS the Defendants from using the domain names containin g "NORTH AMERICA" or "NORTH AMERICAN" when the domain name is used for the purpose of offering either goods or services of a type offered by the Plaintiff or with the purpose of redirecting internet traffic from the Plaintiff; O RDERS the Defendants to transfer the domain names northamericaprime.com and northamericaprimelines.com to the Plaintiff, if the Defendants retain any rights to those domain names; AWARDS the Plaintiff $2,000,000 for trademark counterfeiting; A WARDS the Plaintiff $100,000 for cybersquatting violations; AWARDS the Plaintiff reasonable attorney's fees and costs; and AWARDS the Plaintiff post-judgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961; and DIRECTS the Plaintiff to submit b riefing regarding the amount of attorney's fees to be awarded in this matter within fourteen (14) days of this Order.
