OPINION AND ORDER: The Court DENIES the Fund's Motion to Transfer Case [ECF No. 47], GRANTS the Fund's Motion to Dismiss [ECF No. 42] the Plaintiff's state law conversion claim, and DENIES the Fund's Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record [ECF No. 7]. The Court finds in favor of the Plaintiff as to her entitlement to the segregated funds, and the Fund is DIRECTED to immediately remit benefits to the Plaintiff in accordance with the qualified DRO.
