The serving of reports from retained experts under Rule 26(a)(2) are due from plaintiff by 9/30/2020; and from defendant(s) by 10/30/2020. The last date for the Plaintiff to amend the pleadings without leave of court is 3/27/2020 and for Defendant is 4/13/2020. The deadline to file any dispositive motions is 12/18/2020. Parties have agreed upon Anthony Stites as Mediator. Each party or an agent with full authority to settle shall attend any mediation session unless otherwise excused by order of this Court.
