Filing 47 OPINION AND ORDER granting in part 22 and finding that summary judgment is entered in favor of Defendants Gugevich and the Town of Merrillville and against Plaintiff Patricia Freeland on the Plaintiffs federal claims under §1983 and her state law claims for false arrest and imprisonment. The Court declines to rule on 28 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Fielder and Mercantile Bank and on the remainder of the 22 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Gurgevich and the Town of Merrillville as the remaining claims are REMANDED to the Lake Superior Court.
