Sulich and Andrew Liaw as outlined in the opinion and order; DISMISSES any and all other claims contained in the complaint; DISMISSES Superintendent Andrew Pazera from thi s case; DIRECTS the U.S. Marshals Service to effect service of process on Sergeant A. Sulich and Andrew Liaw; ORDERS Andrew Liaw to appear and respond to limited discovery as outlined; WAIVES any obligation by Andrew Liaw to answer the complaint; ORD ERS that discovery by the Plaintiff be initiated by 5/30/2016; ORDERS plaintiff to file an amended complaint by 9/30/2016; and CAUTIONS that if he does not file an amended complaint or otherwise respond by the deadline, the claim against the unnamed nurse will be dismissed and this case will proceed on this screening Order of the Complaint.
