OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART 97 First MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Westville Correctional Facility, Indiana State of, Corizon Health Inc, D Gofflies, Debbie Reeger, Andrew Liaw, D Campbell, Mic hael Mitcheff. The Court GRANTS summary judgment in favor of all Defendants on the Plaintiffs federal claims against them. As to any federal claims, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to enter judgment in favor of the Defendants and against the Plaintif f.
