OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the Opinion and Order, the Court GRANTS Defendant's 19 Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court grants summary judgment in favor of Defendant U.S. Steel and against Plaintiffs Jesus Diaz and Rosa Diaz.
