OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the Opinion and Order, the 17 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. Plaintiff's federal claims in Count I are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, and her state claims in Counts II-V are REMANDED back to the Lake Circuit Court for further proceedings.
