Filing 18 TELEPHONIC RULE 16 PRELIMINARY PRETRIAL CONFERENCE held on 11/20/2019, before Magistrate Judge Joshua P Kolar. Pla appeared by atty David Holub. Dfts appeared by attys Matthew Jankowski, David Burow Flak. The Report filed as DE #12 is APPROVED and ADOPTED as follows: Initial Disclosures to be exchanged by 12/20/2019. All discovery to be completed by 9/14/2020. Plaintiff expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the defendant by 8/31/2020. Defendant expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the plaintiff by 10/30/2020. Rule 26(e) supplements due 30 days after receipt of new information. The last date to seek leave of court to join additional parties and to amend the pleadings for Pltf is 4/2/2020; for Dfts is 5/4/2020. Parties anticipate the case should be ready for a 4 day trial by December 8, 2020. Steven Johnson appointed as mediator. Results of the mediation shall be filed with the court no later than 10 days before the final pretrial conference. Magistrate Consent forms ddl extended to 12/11/2019.
