Defendant expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the plaintiff by 12/1/2020.The last date to seek leave of court to join additional parties or to amend the pleadings for Plaintiff is 4/1/2020; for Defendant is 5/1/2020. Parties anticipate the case should be ready for a 3 day jury trial by 3/31/2021. Dan Glavin appointed as mediator.
