The Report filed as DE #12 is ADOPTED as follows: Initial Disclosures to be exchanged by 12/31/2020. All discovery to be completed by 5/1/2022. Written fact discovery to be issued by 1/15/2021 and completed by 3/12/2021. Fact witness depositions to be taken by 9/17/2021. Plaintiff's medical care provider depositions to be taken by 10/15/2021. Plaintiff expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the defendant by 11/16/2021. Defendants to take any of Plaintiff's Rule 26(a)(2) witness depositions by 12/21/2021. Defendant expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the plaintiff by 1/25/2022. Plaintiff to take any of Defendants' Rule 26(a)(2) witness depositions by 3/1/2022. Rule 26(e) supplements due by 4/15/2022. The last date to seek leave of court to join additional parties and to amend the pleadings for Pltf is 7/30/2021; for Dfts is 10/1/2021. Parties anticipate the case should be ready for a 4 day jury trial by May 16, 2022. Parties indicate they may move for a settlement conference before Judge Andrew P. Rodovich in the future. Parties anticipate filing a motion to correct party names. The Court indicates it intends to grant the request. All other agreements of the parties concerning discovery are adopted.
