Defendant expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the plaintiff by 1/17/2022. Rule 26(e) supplements due by 2/17/2022. The last date to seek leave of court to join additional parties and to amend the pleadings for Pltfs is 2/1/2021; for Dfts is 3/1/2021. Parties anticipate the case should be ready for a 4 day jury trial by April 2022. Thomas Hogan appointed as mediator. Results of the mediation shall be filed with the court no later than 10 days before the final pretrial conference. All other agreements of the parties concerning discovery are adopted. Magistrate Consent forms due by 1/7/2021. Dft requests 21 days to file a reply to Plaintiff's Response to Motion to Dismiss. The Court, finding good cause shown and noting the lack of objection, GRANTS the request. Dft United States Steel Corporation granted 21 days from today's date to file a reply.
