Filing 21 MOTION for Leave to File Plaintiffs Unopposed Motion For Permission To File Administrative Record by Plaintiff Robin Cooper. (Attachments: #1 Exhibit A, #2 Exhibit B, #3 Proposed Order)(Michael, Catherine) |
Filing 20 MINUTE ORDER (text entry only): Having considered Plaintiffs Responses #18 and #19 , the Court GRANTS Defendants Motions #14 and #16 seeking a 28-day extension of time to respond to Plaintiffs Complaint, but CAUTIONS this is a FINAL extension absent extraordinary circumstances. The Court acknowledges Plaintiffs preference to avoid delay, but also finds the extension warranted given that some Defense Counsel were retained only recently and lack familiarity with the underlying administrative proceedings, and the fact that conferences between the parties are ongoing, and therefore concludes that a single 28-day extension to respond to the Complaint will not materially delay these proceedings. Defendants allowed until 4/23/2021 to answer or otherwise plead in response to Plaintiffs Complaint. The Court REMINDS all parties and counsel of their obligation to construe, administer, and employ the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action and proceeding. Fed. R. Civ. P. 1. Approved by Magistrate Judge Joshua P Kolar on 3/24/21. (efc) |
