The Report filed as DE #7 is ADOPTED as follows: Initial Disclosures to be exchanged by 4/22/2022. Plaintiff expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the defendant by 2/24/2023. Defendant expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the plaintiff by 4/14/2023. The last date for parties to amend the pleadings without leave of court is 4/22/2022. All discovery to be completed by 7/14/2023. Any discovery related request to be filed 30 days prior to the discovery deadline. Richard McDevitt appointed as mediator. Mediation to be completed by 3/17/2023. Results of the mediation shall be filed with the court no later than 10 days before the final pretrial conference.
