P. 4(c)(3) for service on the unserved defendants which request addresses the deficiencies identified in the Court's prior screening order. Filing 4 ORDER GRANTING IN FORMA PAUPERIS STATUS, SCREENING COMPLAINT, AND DIRECTING SERVICE - Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #2 is GRANTED. 28 U.S.C. 1915(e). No payment is due at this time. The court has screened the Complaint and determined that Shedrick has stated a Fourteenth Amendment claim against the County of Porter, the Town of Porter, and Porter County Prosecutor Christopher Hammer, on the grounds that their role in his eviction violated the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. In addition, the court concludes that Shedrick has stated a breach of contract claim against Herman Patel, on the grounds that his eviction constituted breach. All other claims discussed above are DISMISSED without prejudice. the clerk is designated pursuant to Rule 4(c)(3) to issue process to the County of Porter, the Town of Porter, Christopher Hammer, and Herman Patel.
