The Report filed as DE #12 is ADOPTED as follows: Initial Disclosures to be exchanged by 12/1/2022. Fact discovery to be completed by 7/15/2023. Expert discovery to be completed by 1/15/2024. Plaintiff expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the defendant by 10/15/2023. Defendant expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the plaintiff by 11/15/2023. Plaintiff rebuttal experts due by 12/15/2023. The last date to seek leave of court to join additional parties and to amend the pleadings for Pltfs is 2/1/2023; for Dfts is 3/1/2023. Parties anticipate the case should be ready for a 4-5 day jury trial by January 2024. Galen Bradley appointed as mediator. Results of the mediation shall be filed with the court no later than 10 days before the final pretrial conference. All other agreements of the parties concerning discovery are adopted.
