TELEPHONIC RULE 16 PRELIMINARY PRETRIAL CONFERENCE held on 6/15/2023, before Magistrate Judge Joshua P Kolar. Pltfs appeared by atty Brian Smith. Dfts appeared by atty Jamie Lane. The Report filed as DE #12 is ADOPTED as follows: Initial Disclosures to be exchanged by 7/25/2023. All discovery to be completed by 5/24/2024. Plaintiff expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the defendant by 2/16/2024. Defendant expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the plaintiff by 4/16/2024. Rule 26(e) supplements due by 4/30/2024. The last date to seek leave of court to join additional parties and to amend the pleadings for Pltfs is 8/25/2023; for Dfts is 9/25/2023. Parties anticipate this case should be ready for a 3 day jury trial by October 2024. Galen Bradley appointed as mediator.
