OPINION AND ORDER: The Court DENIES Plaintiff Tawana Ann McGee's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #2 and DISMISSES without prejudice the Complaint #1 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii) for failure to state a claim. The Court GRANTS the Plaintiff up to and including 2/23/2024, to file an Amended Complaint that cures the defects set forth above.
