A Final Approval Order will be issued consistent with this Opinion and Order and with the Settlement Agreement. The parties are directed to comply with the terms of the Settleme nt Agreement, and to file a joint status report sixty days after todays date, and then once every six months until the settlement is completed and the settlement fund account is closed. A final report should be filed within sixty days after the co nclusion of the distribution. The Court will retain jurisdiction and oversight of the settlement proceedings, but only until such time as the parties jointly request an order of dismissal with prejudice.
