Dempsy in their individual capacities for monetary damages for deliberate in difference to his serious medical needs in violation of the Eighth Amendment; DISMISSING any and all other claims contained in the Complaint; DIRECTING US Marshals Service to effect service of process on Sergeant Godfrey and Officer C.
