OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth above and in the courts prior order 28 , the court GRANTS defendants motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction 9 as to defendant XOS Technologies, Inc. d/b/a XOS digital, and DENIES the motion as to defendant Stratbridge, LLC.
