OPINION AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS each of the Defendants' motions to dismiss 39 50 57 . The claims against Altisource are dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction. The remaining claims are dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdict ion to the extent they seek to review or modify the judgment in the state court foreclosure proceeding, and for failure to state a claim to the extent they contest the manner in which the writ of assistance was executed, as explained.
