OPINION AND ORDER: Contingent upon the Plaintiff's attorney refunding the $17,398 in EAJA fees previously awarded, the Court GRANTS the motion for attorneys' fees under § 406(b) in the amount of $29,135.50 and ORDERS the Commissioner to pay that amount out of the award of past-due benefits.
