A hearing will be held on 3/15/2018 03:00 PM in US District Court - South Bend before Judge Jon E DeGuilio. At least 14 days prior to the Final Approval Hearing, Class Counsel shall file with this Court and serve a de claration as directed in this Order; the parties are to request Final Approval of the Settlement, as outlined in this Opinion and Order; and Class Counsel is to file a motion for approval of attorney's fees.
