Rissman in his individual capacity for money damages for verbally abusing him by informing other inmates that he was a homosexual on November 1 , 2016, in violation of the Eighth Amendment; DISMISSES any and all other claims contained in the complaint; DIRECTS the clerk and the US Marshals Service to issue and serve process on B. Rissman with a copy of this order and the amended complaint: and ORDERS that B. Rissman respond only to the claims for which the plaintiff has been granted leave to proceed in this screening order.
