Moreover, Lippert and IDS's undue delay in seeking to add Lippert as a co-plaintiff have unduly prejudiced Days leading the Court to DENY their alternative request to amend IDS's complaint incorporated into the instant Motion. 141 . Finding good cause as required under Citizens Fi rst Nat'l Bank of Princeton v. Cincinnati Ins. Co., 178 F.3d 943, 944 (7th Cir. 1999), the Court also GRANTS Days's Amended Motion to Seal. 220 .
