OPINION AND ORDER: The court GRANTS the defendants 24 motion to dismiss. All other pending motions - Jaycos amended 14 motion for preliminary injunction, its related 18 motion for limited expedited discovery, and National's 27 motion to stay discovery are DENIED as moot.
