OPINION AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS Ty Evans leave to proceed against Donna Carneygee in her individual capacity for coercing him to participate in religion by involuntarily enrolling him in Christian classes in March, April, and May 2018, in viol ation of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment; DISMISSES all other claims; DISMISSES Robert E. Carter, Jr.; DIRECTS the clerk and the United States Marshals Service, as required by 28 U.S.C. § 1915(d), to issue and serve process wi th a copy of this order and the amended complaint 11 on Donna Carneygee at the Indiana Department of Correction; and ORDERS, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1997e(g)(2), Donna Carneygee to respond, as provided for in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and N.D. Ind. L.R. 10-1(b), only to the claim for which the plaintiff has been granted leave to proceed in this screening order. Signed by Judge Jon E DeGuilio on 11/27/2018.
