OPINION AND ORDER GRANTS the plaintiff leave to proceed against Nurse Doreen for delaying the receipt of dental treatment at the Pulaski County Jail from July 31, 2017 through August 21, 2018, in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment. DISMISSES any and all other claims contained in the complaint. DISMISSES Stephen Tabler as a defendant. DIRECTS the clerk and the United States Marshals Service to issue and serve process on Nurse Doreen at the Pulaski County Jail with a copy of this order and the complaint as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(d). ORDERS, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1997e(g)(2), that Nurse Doreen respond, as provided for in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and N.D. Ind.
