Wood in their individual capacities for compensatory claim that, on May 19, 2019, they used excessive force against him in violation of the Eight Amendment, DISMISSES all other claims, DIRECTS the clerk to request Waiver of Service from (and if necessary the United States Marshals Service to serve process on) J.
