OPINION AND ORDER: The Court hereby GRANTS the Defendant Dunecrest Condominium Associations Second Motion for Summary Judgment 72 and GRANTS summary judgment in favor of the Individual Defendants sua sponte. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to enter judgment against Plaintiffs Michael McGrath, Jill McGrath, Tim McGrath, Martin McGrath, Colin McGrath, and CM McGrath and in favor of Defendants Dunecrest Condominium Association, Holly Candella, Ruth Palonis, Michael Hernandez, and Janet Moran. In particular, the leave is granted as to their Fair Housing Act claims and denied as to their state law claims. The Court DENIES Defendants' Motion to Dismiss 17 as moot.
