Filing 9 SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court now enters the instant Rule 16(b) Scheduling Order regarding the conduct of discovery and deadlines as follows: The parties will exchange the information required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1) by 09/28/2022. The last date to amend the pleadings without leave of court as to plaintiff(s) is 01/13/2023; as to defendant(s) is 02/10/2023. The serving of reports from retained experts under Rule 26(a)(2) are due from plaintiff(s) by 04/14/2023; and from defendant(s) by 06/16/2023. Supplementation under Rule 26 (e) is due every six weeks until trial. The last date for the completion of ALL DISCOVERY is 08/15/2023. To facilitate this status conference and a prompt trial date, the last date to file any discovery-related nondispositive motion is 07/17/2023. The deadline to file any dispositive motions is 09/15/2023, with any response due 28 days thereafter and any reply due 14 days after the filing of a response, consistent with N.D. Ind. L.R. 56-1(b)-(c). The parties have agreed upon McDevitt Mediation Center, LLC as mediator. The deadline for the parties to engage in mediation is 08/30/2023. This case is now set for a telephonic scheduling conference before the Honorable Michael G. Gotsch, Sr. to select a trial date and to set other pretrial deadlines on 08/01/2023 at 11:00 A.M. EDT.
