Miami Correctional Facility is located in Miami county, which is in the Northern District of Indiana.Since a substantial part of the events giving rise to Mr. Merriweather's claims occurred there and Defendant presumably resides there, the Northern District of Indiana is a proper district for this action. the above action is now TRANSFERRED to the South Bend Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
