ORDER: On September 22, 2022, the court dismissed this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A because the complaint did not state a claim. #2 Nevertheless, Eye Keyla M. Carruthers Washington a/k/a Antwan M. Carruthers remains obligated to pay the filing fee in accordance with the procedures set forth in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b) even when the case is dismissed. The Court ORDERS the plaintiff, Eye Keyla M. Carruthers Washington a/k/a Antwan M.
