SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court now enters the instant Rule 16(b) Scheduling Order regarding the conduct of discovery and deadlines. Any motion challenging Plaintiffs jurisdictional allegations shall be filed on or before 01/31/2023, if deemed necessary. The parties will exchange the information required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1) by 01/09/2023. The last date for the parties to amend the pleadings without leave of court is 01/31/2023. The serving of reports from retained experts under Rule 26(a)(2) are due from plaintiff(s) by 07/11/2023; and from defendant(s) by 08/11/2023. Supplementation under Rule 26(e) is due every six weeks until trial. The last date for the completion of ALL DISCOVERY is 11/10/2023. To facilitate this status conference and a prompt trial date, the last date to file any discovery-related nondispositive motion is 10/10/2023. The deadline to file any dispositive motions is 12/08/2023, with any response due 28 days thereafter and any reply due 14 days after the filing of a response, consistent with N.D. Ind. L.R. 56-1(b)-(c). The parties have agreed upon Michael Scopelitis as mediator. The deadline for the parties to engage in mediation is 10/31/2023.
