OPINION AND ORDER: The Court grants 7 MOTION to Remand to State Court by Defendant HSBC Mortgages and REMANDS this case to the LaPorte County Circuit Court for all further proceedings. the Court also denies as moot 5 MOTION to Dismiss and Respons e by Defendant D.A. Dodd Inc. Finally, the Court will award reasonable expenses and costs to HSBC which it incurred as a result of the removal.
